TCIT was founded by Zach Harless in 2017 after Zach having a horrible experience working for another local IT provider. He realized the amount of inconsistency, reliability, and most importantly dishonesty going on in the industry.

In a short 5 years, TCIT has established itself as the standard for Managed IT in the Tri-Cities area. We don’t over-sell, we only quote what your business absolutely needs and nothing more. We talk the talk, and walk the walk.
